Imagine a group of people standing, laughing, drinking rum. But what do these guys do to exercise? just consider example of Mr. Cook from famous tale of shipmen. To them, fermented food like Sauerkraut were important. To us, group exercise is important, if we are doing rum (or having a party!). There is an exercise called Leaf Hugger.

I will not talk (much) about that here. But there is another exercise called "Leg Love". In Leg Love, a partner lays down on ground, let's call him base. The other person (called flyer) stands right next to the feet of the base. His face oriented towards the body of base. As the base rests, flyer picks legs of base from feet and puts his feet above his hip crease in a pigeon-toed position, with each foot of the base out. The Achilles Tendon of base should touch hip crease of flyer and his pigeon-toed toes should touch the back of the hip of the flyer. Now the flyer should take a step back or two steps, and then come forward, or back to initial position while holding the legs of base. This is called Leg Lover. It's purpose is to decompress leg muscles after intense exercise. If you are a racer or F1 or sports car owner, like the Kid from script and in your hierarchy of priorities of mentors is a women (like Ronda) as number one priority, then you should practice AcroYoga often. If there's one thing that I would like to add to script is a scene showing them do AcroYoga. But what's done is done. The car is still moving.
