The Consciousness Manifesto

I was reading 4 Hour Body and I 'chanced upon' a page which said shivering releases GLUT-4 in body. He said when you workout and take shover, you can do Air Squats (I do them for 80-90 seconds) and proceed to shampoo your hairs. Well Tim is bald, so now he has that advantage. Any ways, I personally tend to rinse my body with soap. It's like American Psycho. Anyways, When you BTFO (burn the fuck out) and you're taking a massive leap then you also need to CTFO (Chill the fuck out). As I said in video, you need to complement Risk with caution. I also happiness and sadness go above each other like layers, one step at a time. I meant that whatever you're doing, you need to expect some negativity. Happiness and sadness are not mutually exclusive. It means to step up the game. That's how you proceed after a sad event. You don't control what happened just 5 minutes ago. But to be happy, you need to be conscious. Consciousness comes from pausing and reflecting in the midst of storm. It means to learn from your mistakes and standing up and this time, proceeding forward with even more hope. That is happiness for me and this is what I was talking about in the video. I know Adam Gazzaley, the famed neuroscientist, is in Video Game industry. I already talked about him in the video so I would just say that If circumstances lead me to college education, then I need to own it with a multidisciplinary attitude. To compete with PhD people like Adam Gazzaley, I would need to work my butts off. I wanted to be a software engineer but things are changing. You can't expect to be rich when you have PhD people trying to snatch your potential success. Any ways you can watch other examples like that of Richard Branson in the video which is on my YouTube channel if you haven't watched it. DiSSS means Deconstruction, Sequencing, Selection, Assignment and Stakes.

Remember, Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
