The Iron Man Debate
Iron Man is the modernization of an old problem: military, but in a multidisciplinary fashion.
From the outside looking in, the secret to success is to sleep, wake up and then hustle? right.
Unfortunately what this Cliche prevents us from seeing is that great people not only are weird
but sometimes socially irresponsible. That's because they have to make a lot of difficult
decisions. For example, We had a player named Falcao, he was a good player but was forced to
underperform due to limited training and instruction methods of their team. The same way FC
Shalke 04 is a great club, but not as good as Arsenal FC. I sold Alexis Sanchez to AFC AJAX. Do
you think making these decisions is easy? to let your rising star get off of the plane and give him
to a great competitor. A lot of these decisions are caught on media and people start tweeting
about it, new hashtags and other acronyms start appearing and it becomes a synonym to old
days when the bandits organized a group to spread some message, but in a vivid fashion. The
solution is Quiet Leadership, as Carlo Ancelotti says in his book Quiet Leadership, meaning have
high expectations for your players but never ever compromise all other aspects of a life of any
of your player, from CF to GK. Although, I personally believe sometimes it's good to leave a
person to his own. That is called multidisciplinary or cross-disciplinary leadership. G.I. Joe: Rise
of Cobra has a girl who's kind of a feminist but also a bit of a sexist, and like she's trying to have
big breasts and like in Terminator 3 when the female robot cajoles police officer with artificial
beauty, what if some person on Earth applied MUGAPP model to vibration generators and they
attach something like that to women like in G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra. Here, I would like to put that
when I say MUGAPP, it's a very specific term for a very generalized phenomenon, which is
decentralization. You never know what your neighbor has in her bras, even while she's talking
or walking in the streets. But from G.I. Joe: Rise Of Cobra, should you care? should you care
what a girl is wearing beneath her clothes, well from the onset of decentralization and other
MUGAPP based technologies, women might carry dangerous items and even give them shape
of, say, sex toys. Weird things, I know. But I see the world and describe how I see it. You
disagree then please disagree, because this ain't debate.
