Celebrity Hut

Availability-Misweighing Tendency:

10) I did, on a cold weather(doesn't matter),50 tricep wall extensions, no bench press, extended push-ups (from personal trainer of Jennifer Lopez) which look like this: You go in push-up position but as you lower yourself, you take one of your leg, bend it 30-45 degrees (like leg curls) but you do it on horizontal movement on your right side. Then the next rep, you do it on other leg(left, in my case). This way, you work=up your hips in "Press" movements.
5 Reps + 10 second rest + 5 reps. That's it.
11) Dips (torso up, hips down): 4 reps x 3-4 sets.
12) Reverse Drag Curls: 12 reps, then 8 reps, then 5 reps. 2 seconds on lift, 3-4 seconds on down (eccentric). Then do 50 Two-handed Kettlebell swings and then
repeat reverse drag curls but this time to emphasize only on first phase of movement, the lifting portion(concentric movement), by lifting for 3-5 seconds and dropping on 1 second. Reps and sets go in similar "drop set" fashion. And one more thing: between each set, take 10 seconds of rest. After your sequence is over like this: Reverse Drag Curls -> Kettlebell swings -> Reverse Drag Curls, followed by -> one minute rest (this was a superset, well in a way).
13) Then I did, Bulgarian split squats with 6kgs Kettlebells on both hands each. 6kg x 2 = 6kg + 6kg = 12 KG!. So then I lower for 5 second, lift for 5 second. Do 2 sets of 5 reps on each leg. One more detail: put your non-use leg before hips/yourself on a bench or bed, which is what I use. If I were to choose the signle most effective exercises for legs, I'd go with this one. And remember to take 5 second (that's 5 second) rest between sets.
14) Then, at last I did 2 sets of 12 reps of Kettlebell Goblet Squats, 1 minute rest in-between sets. The movement was a bit fast on first set, but I did pause at bottom for 2-3 sec. This movement should make your hips cross your knees. But touching your calves with hips is considered "cheating" (which I did at times, lol!). But remember, you do not have to touch ass-to-heels, just ass below knees is more than enough to stimulate the muscle we want to target: calves and hamstrings. And one mroe thing: end your workout with a stopwatch, do Myotatic Crunch (from 4-hour body) 2 sets of 4 reps (2 sets x 5 reps).
Then I open stopwatch, put 2 minutes and do single-arm kettlebell swing on right hand for 1 minute (go slow and smooth) and then I do single-arm kettlebell swings on left hand for the remaining 1 minute. Then, I do Cat Vomit exercise from 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss, but I found putting a 60 second Timer app on phone and putting phone on bed or surface below me, I "exhale" and hold still (stomach should be sucked and pulled inside your gut as hard as you can, make it thin!) for 10 sec, break for 1 sec by massively inhaling and then repeat until your time is up and reaches Zero seconds. So do this Cat Vomit for 60 seconds ( 6 sets, at least).
15) At last, I did jump ropes (use Timer on phone, no cheating!) and do for 40 sec. Rest for 10 seconds and repeat. 2 sets are more than enough. 2 sets x 40 sec on a timer.
16) At last, after 1-3 minute break (you can even go 5 minute, as I did, mistakenly), do Seated Calf raises with 12 kg weight (I use two 6kgs Kettlebells I made at home! one kettlebell on each leg. Two kettlebells on both legs!). 2 sets of 5 reps, 5 seconds as you drive your heels up, pause for 3 second and then 5 seconds to drive heels back to surface (5/5 cadence). Please, go slow and you don't have to move very fast. Because if you do fast, it will not put enough muscle contractions, big trouble!

19) Despite latest technology, it is still rich who keep getting all "bridges" or "bridgers". I aim to kill that.
20) Teach people in African-like countries to accept us and teach them Silicon Valley capitalism by giving them copies of Poor Charlie's Almanack by Charles Munger and also, 4-Hour Workweek by Timothy Ferriss or Tim Ferriss.
21) Swimming pool, deep earth, but a unbreakable glass above it. Underground pool of water. As people walk on hotel, they observe underground deep swimming pool! How cool is that?!
22) Berkshire Hathaway was busy folding, holding and walking away while the whole world was busy buying shares of Nvidia and Mettel. Meaning, Charlie Munger knows when to hold a company, when to keep  buying it and when to completely sell it off before it rides a bear movement.
23) A gym on second floor while people rest on this couch-floor with deep underground swimming pool with unbreakable glass above it! So for people in gym, after they come, women especially, they would have option of getting a French manicure to further intensify beauty! and then people would tell their serial numbers or show a photo to a computer and then computer would bring their car up from parking lot. On couch-floor, people would have non-alcoholic beer and red bulls as well as "buy Protein shake and muscle recovery shake for money" kind of thing. And that's that.
