Knowledge, Pillars and Health: Perfect Life!

Time: 2:46 PM.
Availability-Misweighing Tendency:
1) Poor countries need our help.
2) It's sad some kids can't even get required amount of antioxidants and suffer from scurvy.
3)  An African Fitness Education company employing use of extensive books on subject, especially free copies of 4-Hour Body.
4) Seneca says you only need to exercise as much as you can stimulate growth. In his letter "On Brawn and bread", he says that working out 7 days a week or at a lot of frequency, (for me that means taking just 8 hours of break between exercises, too bad and you don't want to take less than 24 hours of recovery) so it won't make you harder and stronger than a healthy bull. What it will do to you is make you lazy with heavy amounts of food you eat to keep up with intense physical exertion. And he's right, Tim Ferriss also says at the end of Occam's Protocol Chapter "Remember  our  tanning  analogy  in  the  beginning  of  this  book?  Forget
working harder for a minute and realize that biology isn’t about blunt force
"
5) While the whole world dances, some people self-inflict lack of bridge(s)/bridgers to their innocent life that God gave to them so they can enjoy it.
6) Forget working harder for a second.
7) Yea, it definitely makes lazy. Just see how Eminem used to take drugs? doesn't that make him lazy?
8) Work intense for short burst of times, but as Seneca says, "Is your goal to outskip the competition? no... what you have to do with others, you are only outskipping yourself". I''m paraphrasing him here. Outskip your "Rabit" self who wants to just jump, hop and then land on the ground just to be injured and to realize the "lazy" turtle was and is, ahead of you. He'll always be ahead.
9) You haven't tasted the world yet you limit your #RangeOfExperiencesSpectrum (ROES).
10) San Andreas-like culture is the answer to the growing problems of Third World countries(specific: Africa).
11) Can you get replacement for free? yea, look ahead. Your location/geography is full of bridgers. Don't make your MUGAPPy self un-proud, and roar in a far cry of sadness?!
12) So, BYD decides to 1/2 prices as Elon Musk cuts Tesla rates by 25% approx.
13) You don't need weather to workout, you just need an open mindset "willing to learn and digest whatever gets in his way, as with love and passion #always".
14) Calcium supplements such as covers of an Orange and some dehydrated powdered Orange are pretty useful. Also, no matter wherever you are, every bridger has some Vitamin.
15) Working out is fun if done with less complications and just some simple mental models that carry the most frieght.
16) Hot climates, black color, none of that stuff matters. Do black people are also suffering from "Touch of Female homosexualism?
17) Robert Kiyosaki has always throughout his life has been learning from his Rich Dad, ... and great thing is that his rich dad was a hispanic... from Hawaii.
18) Are hispanic people also touched by lesbianism (src: here is song)?
19) I saw Brazil in my dream... yea really... after continually getting inspired by Fast Five, I got Brazil in my dream at night! Now, I am listening to Asesina Remix - Brytiago.
20) Are Univeritism and MUGAPP parallel to each other? If you can see in video, girl constructs some bridgers and then used the unity to raise a MUGAPP... as her laptop-like Computer is the biggest bridge she has.
21) Puerto Rico is advertised a lot these days.
22) Hey, did Olper's listen to me and release a "Olper's Plus" Milk and now... a Full Cream powdered milk?! Am I a lucky man? While that's true my dad buys crates of Olper's tea milk yet I never talk about it here... so Olper's must've been crazy about the psychology behind that. As their Data Analytics accessed me, my blog... they instantly saw a market and released Olper's Plus (which I bought, you can drink it instantly with a straw, just like a Milo) and then you have Olper's Full Cream Powdered Milk?! What a dream?! I'm definitely gonna buy it!
23) I was like, "Hey my man's giving me a Core 2 Quad!!", but his brother gave me a Core 2 Duo E8400, 3.00 GHz, same as my old PC but in large tower case. Another thing, it has 5GBs of RAM! Actually it had 4 GB: 2GB stick + two 1GB sticks. One port was left, so I added another stick and bam.... 5GB instant!
24) Does Jennifer Lopez and me reading Angelina Jolie's notebook helped me get my PC back? very much. But had I not read Poor Charlie's Almanack and Tools Of Titans, I would never have made a Decision journal like this... my blog!
25) Do yellow cab cars... not normal but ones with large cab behind them with lots of space. Now imagine two couches in it and a picture/colorful vinyl of a Palm tree or "Khajoor" tree?
26) Knowledge, Pillars and Health: Perfect Life!
