Kanye West, The McDonalds Effect and Donald Trump (+ J. Lo)

Availability-Misweighing Tendency:
1) Can a person insure his body? Rumors claiming J. Lo (Jennifer Lopez, to avoid any confusion) insured her booties, which were rated at 300 million dollars.
2) I actually calculated WHR of J. Lo, it's 0.7027! That's perfect. Which explains why having the right mental models at the right time allows you to increase your attractiveness. Lesson Learned Miss J. Lo.
3) Yet still these measurements are nebulous, why? because measurements change with respect to the stimulus you give to your body. My measurements this week are different than last week.
4) To all those girls trying to lose weight by spending 90 minutes (which mind you, is plain laziness and avoidance of lazy thinking) on a treadmill hoping to lose weight. I think simple algebra helps us understand what is it that they are actually losing.
Let's assume Lean Muscle (which mind you, accounts for those 37 inches ass of J. Lo) be x.
Let's assume Fat be Y.
x+Y = Total Weight.
Converting x and Y to percentages, we get this answer (I use my own numbers, which mind you were taken from measuring scale and then using BMI and a formula I forgot that allows you to calculate Body Fat):
93% + 7% = My Total Weight.
So, even though I believe these measurements are not accurate, nevertheless I continue to measure. Why? No matter which device/method you use, just keep it consistent.
So most of those normal girls are losing X more than Y.
Let's see proof from my own self-experiments.
First I did little-to-nothing anaerobic exercise. Just plain cardio (which I still do 5 days a week by walking from home to high school) 30 minutes 5 days a week in morning, despite weird sleep patterns.
Before, using same method and measuring scale, these were my percentages:
81.8% + 18.2% (!) = My Total Weight.
Lay audience: this means that I was losing muscle more than fat. After I started doing 3 days a week anaerobic exercise combined with cardio (you don't have to do that), I lost fat and gained significant muscle, at least 6.5-7 kgs of Muscle over a course of 3 months.
This proves that just doing long-distance running is not enough. One needs to do explosive (*or Maximum Voluntary Contractions) 3 to 2 times a week (NOTE: NOW I DO 2 TIMES A WEEK WORKOUT, WHICH CONSISTS OF BOTH AEROBIC AND ANAEROBIC, like before, my total time is 14 minutes + 20 minutes = 34 minutes per week!).
Second: Eat at least 30g of protein within first 30 minute of waking up. I never missed protein, 30 g wasn't a thing before, as my first 2-4 weeks into protocol, I consumed one egg blended in a cup of milk so 30 g might not be an absolute for you, yet still Tim Ferriss in 4-Hour Body recommends 30g of Protein within 30 minutes of waking up). My default option is, as you know, 2-egg and peanut butter (optional) Protein shake.
That's it.
5) I think success came to those people who showed up and then kept showing up through vehicles like movies, dramas, songs, youtube, whatever you name it.
6) Actually, Exaptation states that humans actually adapted different genetic features that to this day dictate how one's body will respond to different physical stimulus given to his body. Girls get fat on their breasts, which is why the same workout which produces bigger biceps for you might, if your wife, friend, girlfriend whatever I don't care, reduces her rest intervals to 30 seconds, she might actually lose fat from places she doesn't need, like her belly. So you might have more fat on belly than your girl, which is precisely because of these exaptation features.
7) This is precisely the case that people need cash. Read Richest Man in Babylon
8) Wright Brothers invented a plain, then military invented an infrastracture which was, like internet, adapted by conglomerates and then... private firms.
9) Being famous is irrelevant. It's actually making 1000 true fans extremely happy that matters. Ask, "What is something that I've long been rehearsing that might be useful and profitable to explore now (to 1000 fans)?". Give it a try.
10) How Benjamin Franklin adapted some multidisciplinary practices that continues to impact American values to this day!
11) Is it fair that Uber is making all these Taxi drivers irrelevant? No I don't think so. These people deserve it. It happens. As we said, exaptation keeps creating new uses for features humans had long developed. Hence, we started getting singers. Then rappers and even podcasters and now there's a new trend: Audiobooks (mind you, I listen to all these things and love them including audiobooks). So technology keeps surprising us, ergo is is adapting new uses through 'Technological Exaptation', which involves multiple people getting exposed to new technologies, knowledge and books. Thus people create new infrastractures (Esp. Higher education allows lowly kids like us to make our name) thus they use different "Lamborghini bridgers" to accelerate growth. Now who grows to be the best is dependent on how fast a bridger a certain person uses. For example, McDonalds used their brand as a "Lamborghini bridge" which allows them to accelerate sales and accelerates even to this day any new product/franchise they launch. Sales, growth and "Lamborghini birdgers" is what allows these company to make millions of dollars without the help of governments etc. Thus, will you create a normal bridge or a "Lamborghini bridge" is what will allow you to surpass most would-be rich/famous/whatever people. Bill Gates did this with Microsoft. Even to this day, due to its "Lamborghini bridge" which is its brand, it can hire virtually any human from Earth and no one would say anything (it's Microsoft, come one who wouldn't want their kids to be part of a movement that impacts billions of people around the world!).

12) Thus, "Lamborghini bridges/bridgers" allows us to accelerate growth to surpass most would-be artists/entrepreneurs.
13) Be like McDonalds.
14) Your field might not be burgers, yet still you can't succeed without creating your version of "McDonalds" success, which mind you what allows J. Lo to work with incredible artists and make something out of her creations.
15) I believe "The McDonalds effect" is the reason behind success of people like Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Mark Cuban, Tim Ferriss and otherwise no matter whichever trade they try to touch. This is what they call as "Midas Touch" (which mind you is also the name of a book Donald Trump released with #1 bestselling author of all time, Robert Kiyosaki).
16) I think Pakistan needs more organizations and billionaires with "The McDonalds effect". No industry including so called stupid "Spices", textile or any traditional industry can survive without organizations that have a "McDonalds effect" to them. Period. If we want to succeed, we must copy McDonalds! (by-and-large, McDonalds would never mind new technology, in fact it might even buy it to lower their costs!). Thus, what Trump is trying to do is that he's going to liberate all Americans of orghanizations/businesses without "the McDonald effect". Which is rooted in the fact that recently he did a "speech" per se with the much twitter-famous Kanye West.

Song of the day
