Availability-Misweighing Tendency:
1) If LeBron James thinks that "getting an opportunity" to read about Martin Luther King was an "opportunity" as such, then I had an opportunity when my computer was taken from me and yet, I read a chapter about some entrepreneur chef in Daymond John's The Power Of Broke and also, an opportunity to read at least first 40 pages and later, some random pages from another book called The Power Of Habit. in a Raspberry Pi.
2) The Habits of Angelina Jolie.
3) Yeah, LeBron James is right, people don't understand what unique B=MAT equations are you going through in order to just "bridge" important stuff and use bridgers/bridges. Other people didn't have any idea of what, I would say, "bridger error" you're going through, they don't!
4) So B in B=MAT is like, Good B = Good M x Good A x Bad T...
One of the questions I ask is that "What is the worst, baddest, most counter-productive trigger here?" and then when I get that trigger, I implement that trigger, despite feeling like shit (this applies to sleep, nutrition and sometimes, workout, but you know when I'm working out, I don't think tooooo much, but the metaphor still applies)
Let me give you an example, recently I was thinking whether I should wear a Hoodie or a sweater, so after asking this question, I wore a T-shirt that's actually 4 years old (or at least looks like one) and then I wore an old Hoodie above it from Polo brand that looks really awesome. This stuff might look like trivial, but before this practice, my costume-wearing time would make me look like some teenage girl from Logan Paul's Help Me Help You.
5) So, the conclusion: Good B = (Double) Motivation x (Just one/single) Ability x (1/2 or half or less) Trigger. This means that to manufacture good behaviour (at least, in the eyes of other people, yes I live in a Middle-classed community, so help me here!) so motivation is the most intense, One/single ability means that I remove all other things and just put one thing, one item I want to build an habit out of (hang on, I'll give you an example) and then, for trigger, #1 find always a counterproductive trigger (but not counterproductive Behaviour and Motivation and Ability, no "bad" shit in first 3 variables of equation!).
But this Good B=Good M x Good A x Bad T, generally works for me so feel free to experiment what works for you. Okay example:
Commercial Example...
When Burger King released Ads, it used negative (*or sexy) triggers to get teenagers to come and buy a Burger King. So even though A Burger King isn't always a Good Behaviour, or Good Motivation, or even Good Ability (well, it really depends on situation!) yet still it worked for them. This was way before TV commercials and Internet ads were a thing (correct me if I'm wrong).
In essence, this kind of ads might compell me on instances, but only if my motivation is to binge or eat with my friends.
Personal Example (recent)...
Also, fitness and books. So whenever my mom got angry on me, I would go on room and do 5-10 push-ups. It was an unsual habit but I used it to reinforce a positive behaviour and that turned into "Okay, I'm gonna research more about fitness" I here I start reading 4-Hour Body and books like Man 2.0: Engineering the Alpha and also recently, Body by Science by John Little and Dr. Doug McGuff so then it turned to, "Okay, I'm gonna take a pre/post workout protein shake", which as you knowm consists of 2 eggs, cow milk and peanut butter.
... EXAMPLE 2...
So my heels have been pretty hard and dry... solution: Open video of some sexy song, I used Te Guste by Jennifer Lopez and then form a "bad trigger" (I think you get idea) and then putting just one, just one (this is very important) body lotion near my bed and removing all other lotions/beauty products (I put them in the room of my parents, well actually I didn't have any lotion so I took one of them from my mum and dad's room, anything will work because goal is to not overthink and to build a habit and yes... no beauty products!)...
The result: Everyday or at least I skip one day and then do it the next night (4 days a week is Minimum Effective Dose) so I'll put one drop, just one, and rub it on my heels, and yes... just heels (remember, Ability part from B=MAT should be ONE) and you know what? once I built an internal algorithm of this behaviour, now I found myself even putting it on my toes! yea, automagically and sub-consciously!
6) Okay, I've talked about green food, poultry and stuff (all good), what I didn't talk about is actually avocados because I never ate them honestly, so avocados have magnesium/sodium/potassion inside it... so another rich source of that is FISH (I ate Salmon)!
7) Quiet research and quiet habit-building!
8) Let them think you are a Pakistani/Asian/African/any Third Worlder, you know what, just do quiet behavioural modification in a smart manner and just be yourself!
9) Banks... Banks... Banks!
10) Umbrella Rain things!
11) Sports is a good way to make money off of rural/3rd world countries!
12) You know, the reason Third World countries are called third world is because our women are the most stupid, chimpanzee and anything worst that comes to mind!
13) Clock won't reverse things... Your life is the average of kind of women you are inflicted by!
Experience: GIRLS SUCK! (with the exception of Angelina Jolie)
14) Conclusion: 99% of women on Earth aren't like wife of Robert Kiyosaki, whose name is Kim Kiyosaki, a nice lady. Also, just avoid as much as you can third world girls. They are the catalysts of your life's black holes! one after another!
15) You know, today (for proof) women like Miley Cyrus are *becoming gender-less and neutral mass flowing in universe*... Why? because that's proof women suck! and that makes Miley Cirus want to throw up! She doesn't want to be called a women! it's like an abuse to her (too much of it!).
16) Things like these should alarm authorities!
17) Observe, Adapt and impact!
18) Success can be addictive... but the only thing that's not addictive is creating and learning and expanding your Circle of Competence
19) Great Measurements! One new Subscriber on YouTube without even putting any content!
20) Great tyres of cars, japanese build and japanese-style vinyls and customizations--- pretty underrated!
21) Okay bout' invest, I'd invest in a passport.
