Problem #1: Buyer cannot distinguish between Good and Bad Sellers
Not all sellers were created equal. Not all Gigs or offers were created equal. Sellers fail to understand buyer's situation and they are so mean that they do not even explore buyer's state and delight buyer. In turn, Decision lies solely on buyer's hand and Buyer ends up buying a wrong gig which does not align with their goals. To overcome this, sellers need to educate themselves about Inbound Selling. Problem #2: Lack of Communication
Just because the seller is not good at communicating doesn't prevent buyer to communicate effectively. In Fact, Effective Communication is tailored to the type of seller the buyer is making a contract with. And the buyer is never a "good" communicator otherwise he would have solved his problem on his own unless he is low on time. And so he comes to the seller to come up with a collaborative solution so Buyer must know CGPT-CI-AB Selling structure which stands for (Identify buyer's) Challenges, Goals, Plans, Timelines-Consequences, (Positive) Implications-Authority, Budget. Problem #3: Lack of Skills relevant to a subject matter
Some sellers are not worth it. They do not know how to communicate. Their skills aren't very great and they are not equipped with "learning" mindset. I suggest you to only buy from the seller who is most likely to collaborate with you and understand your situation. For Example, My Fiverr Gig here effectively gives a chance to buyer's to let them know I can suggest them any solutions according to their unique situation.
