The Ancient Tibetan Four Agreements
By Don Miguel Ruiz
- Be impeccable with your word.
A life without reflection is a life not well lived.
- Don’t take anything personally.
Nothing people say or do to you is personal. Having knowledge about yourself is to have satisfaction with this fact.
- Don’t make assumptions.
Making assumptions is the quality of prison-minded people. Happiness is about being open to “what comes next”.
- Always do your best.
In this case, “doing your best” means living life to the fullest with clarity in vision. Hence the use of questions.

The excitement and fear of the unknown. The delaying of rewards with the
use of right incentives. Universe is proud of man and his achievements.
