Lovebytes: For anything as such love, we'll use the example of bytes. Bytes are packages of small number of bits. So we say Lovebyte because at a time, when a man says he love something, he has to balance it with a lot of other things. That's why we'll call it Lovebytes. Why computers use bytes than bits? Well, for faster execution and better data processing, right? Or so to act as a standard for calculating RAMs and designing memories around this structure? could be. The real reason bytes are used is pretty self-explanatory: to allow more flexibility and diverse uses of computers. This is why I use the word Lovebytes. Often a man needs to have more flexibility when in a relationship. He needs to have high-pain tolerance. High performace, not always true, require doing tasks that may have heavier execution times. If you don't cultivate the skill of Processors, that is breaking large chunks of unorganized data into sets of bits, also known as bytes, you'd have zero pain tolerance. When you create a new product, don't just show "love" toward your customer. Show how is your Loveset different than other Lovesets. This means how what you're offering is different from what's already offered. Computers have just two signals, On and Off, yet the 8-bit combination of these bits allows computers to create such vast number of bytes different from each other in terms of communication. So differentiate yourself.
Imagine there's a Pavement of lions. A pavement that is for not animals, but for lions specifically. Well you got a new category right there. But the question is whether this category will be useful, or just another wasted piece of byte that will be dumped by the instruction counter. Well, I'll tell you sales and feedback and rapid iteration are one way of knowing it.
You may not need to create something as Pavement of lions to differentiate yourself. It may mean when everyone in your industry or market or jurisdiction is functioning under brick-and-mortar stores, you can step up and open an eCommerce store for less than $100 and get advantages of scale. You may use dropshipping model and use Shopify combined with Aliexpress. Well, that's what I call differentiation. As a small business, always think of ways you can lower the costs, increase production and shorten your learning cycle. When you release a new product, and if you have faster non-traditional means of distributing it, well you can rapidly test the product in any part of your world as a target market and there you are, 10 steps ahead of the competition. I think everyone should learn eCommerce. There are books and courses out there and they are worth investing in. It doesn't hurt if your business has the knowledge advantage.
