When working out is difficult for you, consider greasing the groove. Now I greased the groove by doing push-ups with 15 reps and then giving a 15-20 minute break and then coming back and repeating the cycle throughout the day. Thia strategy increases your number of reps. One trick I used was that, as you know there are many negative events that happen everyday and rather than just being frustrated, whenever I got angry, and I'm angry every 20 minutes, I'd do push-ups to prime my emotional state, as Tony Robbins would say, "If you want a primetime life, you've got to prime daily". Any ways after other exercises, the first thing I do is to eat some form of food or protein within first 20-30 minutes of waking up and I daily do that in form of egg and sometimes scrambled egg. Next, I sit down and watch a movie on HBO and have breakfast. Then I search on Google the cast of that movie, and I try to ask them questions, like I did with Eve Mauro and some of you would remember, Mike Maples. So yesterday, I sent Saffron Burrows on Instagram of Deep Blue Sea following questions: "What are your most-gifted books? What 2-3 books influenced you the most?" and also, "What is the best investment of your life in terms of Time, money and energy?"
And I got no response whatsoever as of now. I think maybe I should try to reach her through a friend or network and the goal is to let The representative of this blog(me) access to her life. I would probably open her up with questions, because that's how best I can help myself and you guys, fellow readers.

But you know, the rare response from some Titans (so far only two, Eve Mauro and Mike Maples) can be enough to help you realize your goals and point out obstacles to your progress. As Bodhi from Point Break put it, "No one can help realize your goals, everyone progresses on his own". But waking up and getting response from someone you look up to can open doors in your life and guide you towards the right frame of mind and actually help you in listening to your own thoughts.
Many people vote to change the world. I, being a 17 year old, cannot Vote and I'm proud of that. Its more appropriate for me to focus on my health and to combine health with my work, which so far has been this blog.
To me, I want to know what I don't know and I do that mainly by making Not-To-Do lists in life. I have a fondness for good. It doesn't hurt to quit your old habits, assuming they are self-destructive.
One way to make that happen is to turn to people you trust for feedback, which is an advice Saffron Burrows gave in an interview with SAG-AFTA Foundation on YouTube.
Chase Jarvis said to amplify your strengths rather than fix your weaknesses. In truth, any of "mentors" I talk about, I never got to meet them. What I've been doing is feeding my desire for knowledge and expansion of ideas. It is my sincere hope in future, may I contact Titans on Insta and then I would talk about there responses here. Thank you Eve Mauro for such a good book recommendation, I read the Virtue of Selfishness by Ayn Rand and it changed my life.
I just think of myself as Chas Kramer from Constantine. Shia LaBeouf has always taken roles in which he is clearing the path for someone or some entity who's way more powerful than him. Like in Transfomers, he clears the path for Autobots. Someday, if lady luck smiles, I'd get to interview Shia LaBeouf and maybe ask some questions on his Instagram, like I do for everyone.
