The way to become superhuman is to actually study "the" superhumans in history. For Example, a training tip from some person world class at some sports.
Lemon is just an example. If you take Eggs as breakfast, then if you're like me, you may want to add a little bit of citrus acid, mostly in form of bacteria for example fermented foods.
Every good assisstant reflects the processes of his master. Like Cogmam from Transformers: The Last Knight. He is keen to imitate his master in emotional regulation. The opposite is also true. A master helps his "Cogman" even overcome the most innate fear: Fear of unknown.
It's a matter of doubling down on your strengths. Even if I am pretty straight in school, doesn't mean I'm poised to do similar to what teacher is an expert at: fear based lectures. I would rather get good grades and then build habits around my strengths. The goal of professional education is to get upfront cash for later developing an exquisite Cash Flow. Through the use of multiple revenue streams, I would build an empire which would bear name Aaliyan. Steve Aoki as a kid was bullied in high school. But he didn't let that kill his strengths. Rather, they used to have a rock band. They played and started with just 5 people, the 5 narrow and true fans. At a critical point in life, the only way he overcame circumstances was by developing habits around his strengths. That's what every good assistant does. He learns from his master and then doesn't remain in his shadow for so long. It's important to not forget this rule: remember your goal is to develop habits and routines around strengths. Whether you are in school, college or otherwise, there will be an outlet for creative expression. That's how I see Steve Aoki. That guy is phenomenal. I want to imitate this guy. His principles and then I would make them my own, depending on my unique circumstances.
