The Steve Aoki Manifesto

The way to become superhuman is to actually study "the" superhumans in history. For Example, a training tip from some person world class at some sports.

Lemon is just an example. If you take Eggs as breakfast, then if you're like me, you may want to add a little bit of citrus acid, mostly in form of bacteria for example fermented foods.

Every good assisstant reflects the processes of his master. Like Cogmam from Transformers: The Last Knight. He is keen to imitate his master in emotional regulation. The opposite is also true. A master helps his "Cogman" even overcome the most innate fear: Fear of unknown.

It's a matter of doubling down on your strengths. Even if I am pretty straight in school, doesn't mean I'm poised to do similar to what teacher is an expert at: fear based lectures. I would rather get good grades and then build habits around my strengths. The goal of professional education is to get upfront cash for later developing an exquisite Cash Flow. Through the use of multiple revenue streams, I would build an empire which would bear name Aaliyan. Steve Aoki as a kid was bullied in high school. But he didn't let that kill his strengths. Rather, they used to have a rock band. They played and started with just 5 people, the 5 narrow and true fans. At a critical point in life, the only way he overcame circumstances was by developing habits around his strengths. That's what every good assistant does. He learns from his master and then doesn't remain in his shadow for so long. It's important to not forget this rule: remember your goal is to develop habits and routines around strengths. Whether you are in school, college or otherwise, there will be an outlet for creative expression. That's how I see Steve Aoki. That guy is phenomenal. I want to imitate this guy. His principles and then I would make them my own, depending on my unique circumstances.

Protien and fat rich Demi Lovato

In 21st Century, Many people believe it's possible for men and women to compete or as Gal Gadot would say, "to be 50/50", which is men and women get to do stuff equally. I'm happy and cautious to the fact that women still have come far, like women are getting into boxing, MMA and martial arts but still in the end a women has to think about selling herself. We've come far but still we have our ancient primitive traits in us. Our habits change but our nature is parallel to ancient beings. You know one needs to figure out his invisible selling machine. And what does that mean? well, that means basically everyone's gotta figure out his own principles and write them down since it all involves getting your thoughts and mental scarecrows on paper and actually dealing with them. I think when we say how and why Justin Bieber was able to create such an empire, well I think he cleared the path for hell a lot of people through his poetry. One of the things I've learned from these artists is to let go. Meaning when you honestly put out what's in your heart, you speak your values and you somehow get your winning principles or winning formula. That formula conjures the invisible selling machine.

Demi Lovato eats eggs, actually egg white pancake and then after 5 hours she eats Turkey lettuce wrap with sweet potato, sounds like a Ketogenic Diet and after 3 hours she eats chicken stir-fry with brown rice and SPINACH and then 4 hours later she eats Pork tenderloin with green beans. The point is I am Muslim and personally we are not allowed to eat Pork, so I would personally stick to Eggs and protein bars and some protien shakes and a baked pizza on Saturdays, which are cheat days for me.

Well, if we go to whiteboard, here is the pattern:
Pancake egg taken -> followed up with oatmeal and applesauce and fruit -> protien and fat taken at small intervals throughout the day -> Some veges added -> some bacteria added -> alternated with beans -> exercise/workout started -> Burpees and other things added -> Jiujitsu practiced -> Good Butt maintained -> The result is Demi we see on T.V.

Well, for me the above process or chart is called P.E.R.T. and it's actually a bit meta, meaning we ask this question what would a rich/[any nebulous term] man do or say? and we put an event like say "Person exercised" which is like Noun + Verb/Acitivity... you get it. Ask yourself this question after every event, "What happened just before this" and then follow up with the cycle. You know, no process is difficult to be not deconstructed. Ask question, sequence things, select, assign and eliminate failure points. Then put stakes and you're good to go. To me this is how you attract photons or sub-atomic particles like Quanta from the other part of the world by deliberately asking specific questions and trying to deconstruct habits/routines of rich people. This is how we create the invisible selling machine and multiply it within the economy as more and more people use it. So our original question that women can compete with men? yes both have Genes and bacterial ratios different and both has fibrosis in muscles or whatever in different ratios but both complement each other. Let's get our own invisible selling machine and be our own version of Demi Lovato. But remember whenever you find yourself away or asking, "How the hell does that guy do that?" then go to whiteboard and have good old, "What would [mentor name] do or say?" and write an event and work your way backwards from there by asking "What happened just before this?" between and after every successive event. Let's kick some ass. I really feel like fighting a SUMO. Let's call this session Whiteboard Kick-Up.
