Demi Lovato eats eggs, actually egg white pancake and then after 5 hours she eats Turkey lettuce wrap with sweet potato, sounds like a Ketogenic Diet and after 3 hours she eats chicken stir-fry with brown rice and SPINACH and then 4 hours later she eats Pork tenderloin with green beans. The point is I am Muslim and personally we are not allowed to eat Pork, so I would personally stick to Eggs and protein bars and some protien shakes and a baked pizza on Saturdays, which are cheat days for me.
Well, if we go to whiteboard, here is the pattern:
Pancake egg taken -> followed up with oatmeal and applesauce and fruit -> protien and fat taken at small intervals throughout the day -> Some veges added -> some bacteria added -> alternated with beans -> exercise/workout started -> Burpees and other things added -> Jiujitsu practiced -> Good Butt maintained -> The result is Demi we see on T.V.
Well, for me the above process or chart is called P.E.R.T. and it's actually a bit meta, meaning we ask this question what would a rich/[any nebulous term] man do or say? and we put an event like say "Person exercised" which is like Noun + Verb/Acitivity... you get it. Ask yourself this question after every event, "What happened just before this" and then follow up with the cycle. You know, no process is difficult to be not deconstructed. Ask question, sequence things, select, assign and eliminate failure points. Then put stakes and you're good to go. To me this is how you attract photons or sub-atomic particles like Quanta from the other part of the world by deliberately asking specific questions and trying to deconstruct habits/routines of rich people. This is how we create the invisible selling machine and multiply it within the economy as more and more people use it. So our original question that women can compete with men? yes both have Genes and bacterial ratios different and both has fibrosis in muscles or whatever in different ratios but both complement each other. Let's get our own invisible selling machine and be our own version of Demi Lovato. But remember whenever you find yourself away or asking, "How the hell does that guy do that?" then go to whiteboard and have good old, "What would [mentor name] do or say?" and write an event and work your way backwards from there by asking "What happened just before this?" between and after every successive event. Let's kick some ass. I really feel like fighting a SUMO. Let's call this session Whiteboard Kick-Up.
