My Dead Simple In-Home Workout Gym.

In Home Gym:
Build Water Can based Two 6 kg Kettlebells for Overhead squats, one arm swing and Bulgarian Split Squats(Lunge Reverse Style with one leg bent 90 degrees on a bench or bed on reverse direction). Two 2.25 Kg 7Up bottles for Chest press as dumbbells for side split hamstring curls by Zuzka Light on YouTube. Also, Drag Curls with TWO 6 kg kettlebells = 12 kg kettlebells, by Tim Ferriss from 4 Hour Body book. Also 6 kg to 12 kg Kettlebell Goblet Squats. Dumbbells can also be used for tricep extensions. Here is my workout split:
1 - Press
2- Pull
3- Legs.

Total Time: 20 - 40 Minutes.
(YOU CAN ALSO DO 15 MINUTE SESSIONS. EVEN IF YOU SKIP OVERHEAD SQUATS LIKE I DO SOMETIMES, PLEASE DO NOT ESCAPE KETTLEBELL SWINGS)
