A tale of globalization

On one sunny day, after 14 hours of sleep deprivation, I found myself staring on a guard outside bank, at least he could sleep. I turn on mobile to read The Poliquin Principles by Strength coach Charles Poliquin. One thing Mr. Poliquin taught me about that greatly improved by muscle breakdown of glucose was probably drop sets. But before getting into Drag Curls with 12 then 7 then 4-5 reps, I needed protein. My Solution: Casein and arginine and leucinine. The end result was a shake I call "GreatNG Speed", in practice I call it The McLaren or GreatNG McLaren. The solution consists of 1.5 cups of Maltodextrin from Ovaltine, Casein from powedered Nestle Bunyad, 2.3 cups of Almond and yes, I blend it with Cow milk and Peanut Butter from American Valley + 2-3 whole eggs( yes, yolks too). So that made quiet a supplement. If I miss sleep, which I did due to death of a family member and late night restlessness, I would make GreatNG Casein shake my first stop. Also, recently I hugged someone who came from America and she gave me advice on getting consistently "good" grades as well as asking me and encouraging me about my choice to pursue Software Engineering. Anyways, All I long for is to rub shoulders with other Long-term travelers from Dominica  to Colombia to Australia to America to Tajkistan. Queit a list. She had been to America since I was a toddler. I asked her and she said she has been to Australia and London. Anyways, back to Peanut Butter. Let's take my GreatNG Casein Shake and test my 15-25 reps of 6 kg two handed kettlebell swing followed by another set of 25 reps of 6 kg One ARM kettlebell swing with 60 minutes rest between sets. Before that, I do 12, 7-8, 4-6 reps of 12 kg Kettlebell Drag Curls in respective 3 sets. So I can do this while I end my workout with Dips followed by Bulgarian Split Squat (Reverse Lunge Style, but with one leg on a support or bench, with Legs behind my hips) and Kettlebell Goblet Squat and Back Squat. So I can do this while I travel and meet other Vagabonders, like her. She came from same state as Tim Ferriss: Texas. First, she was in Dallas, Texas (It's Dallas Baby! As Mark Cuban, owner of Dallas Mavericks would say) and then she moved to Houston. Anyways, for those wondering, her name is Kiran S. (or Qiran or Kirun or Qirun, depending on how you spell it). Wow, I may move to Australia or Colombia with my in-home Gym Equipment described in length in previous article here:  My Dead Simple In-Home ranWorkout Gym. https://greatnotjustgood.blogspot.com/2018/10/my-dead-simple-in-home-workout-gym.html
