I am trying to 80/20 my life. The best example of that is my morning routine, Availability-Misweighing Process, plus my book reading habit from multiple disciplines, asking questions to celebrities and asking for book recommendations + acquiring Multiple Mental Models, it's all fair "Build Habits around strength" game. Plus, please understand difference between grams and kcal. Grams of Protein like 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up rule from 4 Hour Body is not CALORIE COUNTING. Calorie counting is for fools, alas having a good protein source means you DON'T have use your conscious mind to decide what to eat each and every minute. It's a decision free thing, units Kcal are Calories and Grams are different, they are portion size, not calories. My friend thinks grams is equal to Kcal, fool, Typical Pakistani & uneducated dude.
