Don't overthink it: A Poem

Business is okay
The Dwarfs are selling lyrium
And the humans templars
No mage no templar, battle still exists
Humans rely on Inquisition
Commerce thrives under inquisitor

The cars are cars
Are you an Asphalt fan?
No, I played Need For Speed
Ah.. Criterion and The Run
BioWare beats both
Superman born in farm
But raised with aliens
Tommy raised with dad
But exploited by gangs
Estate is his, while the Malibu Club thrives
GTA gets it, the Real Estate is there

That is art, meng
My Release valve, your release valve
From Mozart to Leonardo, every great thinker had it
I think, therefore I am
I do, therefore I matter
Bill the coder, turned a titan
I may ask the reader, ask a prodigy
Their craft is not just any craft,
Its the union of multiple disciplines or that of Pixar
When the paper meets motion, the painters and animators become brothers
The industry is profitable, its name animation
No boy, Business is important, so does Steve
Build Apple, get fired and then reply with Pixar
Such determination not of employee
The visionary is the leader, his ideas bend the universe
No the more you stop him, the more you make him powerful
My God, after all little artists like us have a space on Earth
Arts is the ultimate business, the ultimate dream
Entertainment, entertainment... Virgin knows it
Didn't Richard Branson say
"I'm not in the business of Airlines?",
I'm after all in Entertainment
Trump knows it, his art his business
The deals his craft, real estate his canvas
Aaliyan, what's your canvas?... but one advice
Don't overthink it.. Don't overthink it...

The real secret of Innovators

Wikepedia defines Microbiomes as:
A microbiota[which means microbiomes] is an "ecological community of commensal, symbiotic and pathogenic microorganisms" found in and on all multicellular organisms studied to date from plants to animals. A microbiota includes bacteria, archaea, protists, fungi and viruses.

Combine your cells with bacterial effects and you get a particular Lollapalooza outcome. But to actually define such complex matter, we need not complicated languages but a drive for novelty. I mean drive to learn and try to explain things from a new lens. One of the ways for average joes like us to explain things from a new lens is by learning a new language. Well, If you're like me, a straight-A so far in Computer Science, then you might have wondered as I did since 8th grade why the hell do computers can do what they do? To answer this question, I set out to learn programming and it helped me get a new perspective over computers... but my journey was not over and it still isn't. Last 3 weeks I discovered the Semi-conductor theory and finally the lights went on.

The limits of my language means the limits of my world - Ludwig
But wait there... Today semi-conductors are so cliched that computers of the size of a credit card, which are not credit cards but actual computers, are coming with branding Raspberry Pi. Raspberry Pi is the ultimate dream. This little baby has little connections over it than you can attach to a DC motor circuit and operate a damn robot using Python or a mix of whatever languages you prefer. Now that's 100x more valence/vacancy of electrons. For those who don't know, I mean the more we get ahead in software and hardware, both go hand-in-hand, we discover more ways to bring intelligence to dumb things like your door, your AC and your tubelight. Steve Jobs is one of my favorite innovators. Not because of iPod, which I touched some 10 years ago, and not because of iMac, which I borrowed from the client of my dad and used it for some software-related work and just that. I don't own a Mac because I would have to sell my hands to get it... kidding Mac is overrated and extremely expensive... but that doesn't mean I can't have Macintosh, which is a software... something I can control. One of my friends actually told me he installed a Macintosh on a 120$ Dell PC and ta da! A Cheap iMac. I actually learnt the process but for some reason I decided to go ahead with a linux distribution and I actually downloaded Macintosh theme and it looked so clean and beautiful... totally similar to a Macintosh. So Steve Jobs mixed design, technology and science but now it's our responsibility to distribute and test his innovations on every scale possible. After all, Apple has a premium branding.

Elon Musk said famously in an interview that you don't need PhDs to change the world necessarily... but I still entertain the ideas of not PhDs, but a good old bachelors degree. I may not want to change the world because it is in not my reach to provide. I am.. a human... and it is not within my hands/reach to provide. What I can do is to lay a framework and an example for the world to deploy itself time-by-time. One day or another, Windows is going to decide to rival Apple. One day or another, people are going to be tired from this education bubble. But I suspect that. The higher-education has been running for more than 500+ years and it's a shame only 0.000001% of people it touched actually produced innovators... and most of them were dropouts. But I still entertain the idea of having three bachelors, one in software, one in music, and other in journalism. If I have time and want to do a bachelors in finance, I'll do that too. Specialization is for insects.

Mechanics of Beauty

The beauty that leads to most success is not characterized by stationarity. Whether stationarity of ideas, the body or the beauty itself. Beautiful people, if you will, have to have a lot of "moving" chemicals in order to maintain their beauty. Steve Jobs once was in India and after he came back to America, his skin was brownish so much that his parents had difficulty recognizing him on the Airport. To me this shows the mechanical beauty of Apple products. If you look back on the recent future, when radios were the big thing, when variable rewards and short-term action, which I'll explain later, were fueled and directed towards "tuning the radio", Apple stepped up and created "1000 Songs in the Pocket", for those who don't know, I mean the iPod. It's not that iPod doesn't have radio, which it has, but it stepped up and created a new category or more accurately an iGadget. This book with the name "Hooked" by Nir Eyal(it's not a made-up name; this book has 2000+ reviews on Amazon; all 4.5 Star +). The book states this model known as Hook model or Hook Cycle.
Trigger, Action, [Variable] Reward, Investment.
The mechanical beauty of Ford cars is their triggers. If you start the car and you don't have your seat-belt on, well then the car shows the sign and beeps. That beep is an external trigger. As soon as you've spent some time practicing that and after some days, you'd notice you automatically saddle up your electric horse as you step in. Then you may open your iPod and hit Play. The tape player may connect to iTunes or iPod automatically through God-knows Bluetooth, and ta da! Shakira baby! Then when you've used the product, you start investing, hence the use of iTunes. When you use iTunes, well now you subscribe and pay money for the songs. That is investment in the form of money. When the new ford comes and there's a software upgrade for your car, well then you invest your "time", if the upgrade is free. And for that variable reward, radio is unknown in a sense as you change frequencies, you get a channel that maybe you like and maybe you don't. But you stuck with what you like and slowly you start building habits around that. Then maybe you call them and that's another form of investment. Whatever the habit structure, you get the idea.

The Ultimate Technology rule and democratization

What's it like to drive Sports Cars, Lamborghini Specifically? Well, It's smooth, light-weight experience. It's as if you made a car from paper, although far from it in reality, and you kind of make it a reality. Well it's true. Our brains can turn an idea into atom. Think of cash. Money is an idea. But we print the money... hence creating atom to represent an abstract idea. By creating "atom" I mean collectively creating a physical representation of something abstract to make it seem real. Of course, don't tell me atoms can be created nor destroyed. That's not what I mean.
This very idea of paper is amplified. Before cars are manufactured, they are well designed by artists. Then whence we have a good geometry, we put the mechanics to a CAD software, whatever that might be. Because designing something physical (the atom) and then building from it is expensive, costly and failure of resources. That's what simulation does. It helps you build. Need For Speed is not some joke. It's all real. I think putting your eyes off the simulation industry is stupid in the long run. In 2017 alone, Nvidia, a company specializing in products for heavy duty graphics work, was alone the top company sought out by investors in the stock market. If you miss this technology, you're missing an opportunity to step in and help build our future. You're doomed.

Volkswagen, another company that's a staple of what technology can achieve, has a very beautiful line of cars. Efficient, cost-effective and handsome... that's what defines these Italian beauties. Just look at Golf GTI. A simple car utilizing few smart principles of design which creates one of the most efficient engines on planet Earth.

Virgin group is not to be ignored. This group is ahead in mostly public-related services. Well, it's Richard Branson, after all. Bugatti owns Audi (or Vice versa) and Volkswagen group owns Audi (or Vice Versa, who knows?). These corporations, if you will, will be 100x more successful in the next 50 years. I'm very positive one day Volkswagen group is going to release a hypercar, that's sporty, edgy and uses Tesla-like features (electric and self-driving cars bros) will beat the shit out of Mercedes-Benz. As for Tesla, no one can break them. Elon is smart guy. Do you know the blueprint for Tesla cars, I mean the patent guys, is Open-Source? You know what does that mean. It means Tesla will be what Linux is to computer software industry. Look at every OS. Macintosh, Windows Server and all big OSes somehow utilize the Linux. Elon Musk wrote this on his blog:
Yesterday, there was a wall of Tesla patents in the lobby of our Palo Alto headquarters. That is no longer the case. They have been removed, in the spirit of the open source movement, for the advancement of electric vehicle technology.
Tesla Motors was created to accelerate the advent of sustainable transport. If we clear a path to the creation of compelling electric vehicles, but then lay intellectual property landmines behind us to inhibit others, we are acting in a manner contrary to that goal. Tesla will not initiate patent lawsuits against anyone who, in good faith, wants to use our technology.
WOW.... Elon knows what would happen if the world focused more on boosting overall productivity and parallel thinking. By attracting and making it easier for competitors to come in, it creates a gravity-loop hole for itself.  It's a win-win. Tesla knows by "joining the Open Source Movement", it's going to outdo all the competition, as it invites best in class, the designers, the engineers and above all, to invite people into this bubble. This represents the ultimate dream: a well-rounded progress in all disciplines. Toyota goes and "faithfully wants to use Tesla technology", then go ahead. In the end, the R&D is going to be exposed to Elon. Elon knows what PayPal knows. By having a decentralized payment platform, by allowing Third World countries and others to step into this new category called "Digital Money", it will welcome competition. So the result is US, Asia, Australia, Europe all are with PayPal. If some jurisdiction is left, then maybe the competition provides for them. This way he's making use of worlds' resources and putting his idea to defer and earn interest and in the end, provide him a big payout. This is what they call Canvas Strategy.
The Canvas Strategy: The person who clears the path for those above him ultimately controls its direction, just as the Canvas shapes the painting.
This is not just *good* for productivity, but design. By allowing Linux to be free and open source, Apple, which is a leader in design.. thanks to Steve Jobs, really force this cycle to double itself. Then in the end, those principles are mirrored and all these Linux distributions are improved overall. Linux has now a GUI. A beautiful GUI. I love the GUI of Debian. The cycle repeats. People say Apple doesn't release its design... myth. By using Linux for its platform, it allows the cycle to repeat itself on the Linux community itself, in a way as to not endanger Apple Trademarks itself. Look at history. The great Babylon which is the pioneer of modern Finance and Dams/Banking systems, left its legend on Earth. We owe, as a society, a great deal to Babylon.

How to protect your company from Anchoring Bias?

Often does a man make a fault by pertaining to be someone he's not. Sometimes it is useful to pretend than to not pretend at all. This attitude suggests a more of a judgemental personality. Of the people I saw in education system, most are judgemental.
Killzone is a company. They have other games too for the PC users. But the Shadowfall is for PS4 users exclusively. If the executives at this company make this game common for all platforms? what would happen?

Apple appears to be a Killzone of the computer world. Did Steve Jobs ever intend Apple to produce the MacBooks with expensive displays and all these touch features? Doubt it. If Steve was here, how would he lead Apple? would he produce the Apple X commercial like the one released on YouTube, between it's pretty technical. To analyze the Killzone question, the same would happen to Sony what would happen to Mac if it allowed Windows games to be made for it. Why Rockstar North GTA V not available for Macintosh? Why Need For Speed is not available for Macintosh? Because Macintosh is expensive as compared to Windows PC and most Mac users are not gamers, but specialized people like Graphic Designers and cinematographers/video editors. Notice I say most, because exceptions do exist. So I think Killzone doesn't want to risk Piracy, as all Windows games can be downloaded for free on the Internet. Just as Mac is not "hackable", so that is why Sony wants its platform to be completely "unhackable". Maybe that's the reason why there's no jail break for PS4. The reason these companies do that is because they want to protect themselves from Anchoring bias. When something is easily available, humans make a fault of acquiring it. But not everything that you acquire would turn out to be good. So here are the Killzone users playing games on Windows, because they would then be easily available and they are talking about it on their YouTube channels, creating cracks and basically... destroying the profits of Sony Entertainment, Inc. Just as Apple doesn't reduce cost so as to not compromise quality, Sony is trying to imitate Apple. Because Sony knows it can never rival Microsoft. Microsoft has monopoly on both sides. On the console world, there's the Xbox. On the PC world, well there's not a single game I remember I didn't play on PC, I mean 99.99% of video games I've ever played in my life were on Windows. It started from Windows 2000 then XP then Vista then Windows 7 and much later Windows 8, 8.1 and now Windows 10.
